All returns must be accompanied by our "Altec / Carlisle – Core Return Form" that we provide. Fill out this form with your company name and the quantity of each core returned, etc. This will help us process your returns quicker as well as avoid any quantity or core part number issues.
Freight policy requires a minimum of "500" dirty cores to be returned at one time for freight to be prepaid. ALTEC requires whenever possible to have the dirty cores ready for pickup at time of delivery of cleaned, lined brake shoes.
If this is not possible at time of delivery, please contact the ALTEC facility and they will make the necessary arrangements to have the cores picked up.
