"This is my first attempt at raising cecropia moths, and I found your website too late to take your advice on not keeping too many. I had hoped to sleeve them on our 12 apple trees, but after feeding them plum, they quit eating apple. There are over 200 [larvae], and my single plum tree is completely stripped. I was raiding my brother's plum tree, but finally convinced them to eat wild cherry. My family room is filled with plastic containers (2 bushel sized,) and it takes me several hours each day to replace leaves and clean them. I just keep putting more jugs in place with fresh leaves, but am out of space. HELP! Fortunately, they have started to cocoon...."
