The mission of The Angel Foundation is to facilitate the fulfillment of a lifelong dream or wish for ADULTS IN INDIANA WITH A TERMINAL ILLNESS AND A PROJECTED LIFE SPAN OF ONE YEAR OR LESS. A lifelong dream or wish may consist of any realistic request, which will make a significant difference in the individual's physical, emotional, or spiritual well-being. These wishes may include an activity that would bring deep satisfaction to the recipient as he or she nears the end of life. Fulfillment of wishes also leaves a lasting and loving memory for the recipient's family members for years to come.
