These services include Lab, X-ray, Surgery, 24-7 physician staffed ER, Respiratory Therapy, Rehab Therapy – including Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapy, sleep studies and ultrasound studies are all offered. BHOC maintains a birthing center named The New Life Center. It is a modern, well equipped and nicely decorated obstetrical unit containing LDRP rooms, which means that patients and families normally have the convenience of remaining in the same room throughout their birthing stay. They labor, deliver, recover and then continue their postpartum stay in this room (exception would be if the mother needed a C-section, and those are performed in the surgery suite).
