The Strategic Development and Consulting Services Division of Hoosier Uplands is involved with the ongoing management of community building programs across the state of Indiana as well as the development of new initiatives that promote family health, education, and integration.  With contracts from fee for service consulting, grant writing and project/financial management totaling approximately $2.1 million, the division was accountable to five separate state and federal funding sources in 2008.  Through ongoing community partnerships and state-wide collaborations, the division was responsible for managing 35 sub-contracts and working with contracted evaluators while assisting other organizations in their own community development programs.
