Welcome. As most of you know, this is the home site of one Joe Bowman, computer nut, tech geek, and all-around general mayhem-causer. I've updated the site with a new look and feel, mostly in an ongoing attempt at learning just how this darn DHTML stuff really works. :)

What's New-

Well, what isn't new with me? At the moment, I'm enjoying my job with Kiva Networking, a locally owned and operated ISP that is now one of the largest in the state (which, by the way, is Indiana).

I've moved out from under the wings of my parents. This momentous event occured on June 1st, 1998, and I must say, it's been a blast. It's quite enjoyable to be supporting myself independent of my parents (though, I still occasionally have a lingering thought of all the new toys I could be buying with the money I'd save...)

Ahhh yes, perhaps one of the more important events in one's life has occured recently. September 15th, I turned a marvellous shade of 19. Damn. One year left of being a 'teenager', and still two years left until that landmark 21st birthday. Got some great presents, almost all of which I was wanting, and all of which are greatly appreciated (thanks guys!), so I'm quite happy. Especially since my dad purchased an extra 32mb of RAM for my computer.
