"In his house at R'lyeh Great Cthulhu lies dreaming." (See Lovecraft, The Call of Cthulhu.)
This is Enochian for, "to you [is] the kingdom, mighty and pleasurable, everlasting."
All directions in the Temple are dependent upon the location of R'lyeh (47 degrees 9 minutes South, 126 degrees 43 minutes West) relative to the Magician. Thus the Quarters in this Rite usually do not match the regular compass Quarters, and will in fact vary depending on the physical location of the Temple.
Done by touching, with the first two fingers of the left hand, the Ajna-Chakra, the right corner of the mouth, the left eye, the right eye, the left corner of the mouth, and finally the Ajna again. This activates the Spirit-Vision. (See Machen, The White People and Lovecraft, The Dunwich Horror.)
This is Enochian for, "Arise Cthulhu! Arise Shudde M'ell! Arise Hastur! Arise Cthugha! For even as Azathoth is in the midst, so Yog-Sothoth is time and all things together."
