Kim Sykes is the manager of the claim department and handles both personal and business clients' claims. She assists in filing the paperwork on our clients' behalf and following up until the claim is paid. Many of the companies represented by our agency allow Kim draft authority to pay smaller claims, usually under $1500, directly to you on the spot. She also files the necessary proof-of-insurance forms with the State of Indiana on auto accidents.

Janet Skillman has been with the agency since 1963 and is the Office Manager with responsibility for systems, personnel and finance.

Barbara Shelton-Cummings is the receptionist and directs callers and visitors to the person who can best help them.  She is also responsible for rental of the storage buildings and accounting.
